Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the operating room, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required for this role.
- Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery is essential.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
- Preferred three years of experience in clinical healthcare or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare.
