Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five years of direct patient care experience in a specialty area.
- Active Registered Nurse License and Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate in California.
- Basic Life Support certification required at the time of hire.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating clinical practices and patient outcomes.
