Overview

  • Serve as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, applying advanced clinical knowledge to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to implement evidence-based practices and ensure continuity of care.
  • Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for complex cases, ensuring patient-centered approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver educational programs for patients, families, and staff, fostering a culture of learning.
  • Promote compliance with regulatory standards and best practices through policy development and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five years of direct patient care experience in a specialty area.
  • Active Registered Nurse License and Clinical Nurse Specialist Certificate in California.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at the time of hire.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating clinical practices and patient outcomes.
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering innovation in healthcare.
