Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Monitor security alerts, reports, and logs under supervision of senior staff.
• Assist in vulnerability scanning efforts and tracking remediation items.
• Participate in risk assessments, incident response, and security investigations.
• Support user access reviews and permissions audits.
• Help configure and maintain security tools like MFA and endpoint security.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives and user training sessions.
• Engage in structured learning and mentorship with cybersecurity professionals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT, help desk, security, or technical roles.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, or security concepts.
• Exposure to security tools like SIEM, EDR, or vulnerability scanners preferred.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools like Python or PowerShell preferred.
• Certifications like Security+ or Network+ are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
