- File necessary Power of Attorney documents for state compliance.

- Maintain tax reporting software by updating customer and tax data.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries and improve operational processes.
- Track state trends and proactively address related issues.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience; payroll tax experience preferred.
