Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, providing initial client information to attorneys.

- Greet visitors professionally and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree required; legal experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience, 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
