Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management for the organization.
- Interface with external accounting firms, bankers, brokers, and internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist in organizing and managing various finance transactions and projects.
- Build and maintain banking relationships to secure financing for acquisitions and operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred and advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, with 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in NYC property management and real estate finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
