Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate daily operations of the Mother Baby Unit, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
- Monitor and supervise patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical and utilization standards.
- Facilitate team meetings and decision-making processes to address operational challenges and improve performance.
- Develop and implement work plans, allocating resources to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Oversee emergency preparedness programs, ensuring staff training and readiness for critical situations.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining survey readiness and mitigating compliance risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with a valid California Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical healthcare or business operations, with one year in a leadership role.
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire, ensuring readiness for patient care emergencies.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including The Joint Commission requirements.
- Experience in resource allocation, operational planning, and performance monitoring within a healthcare environment.
