Overview

  • Lead dynamic construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources and resolve project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications throughout project phases.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedules and achieve milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement on construction sites.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address challenges and optimize workflows for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align objectives, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and performance to achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions in project timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction supervision is essential.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
