Overview

  • Lead high-profile construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while adhering to budget and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective construction strategies and operational plans.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure resource availability and project efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and reporting for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve construction objectives.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required to meet project demands.
  • Director-level experience in overseeing construction operations is highly desirable.
