Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct projects through all stages, from initial concept development to construction administration, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams, consultants, designers, and contractors to achieve project success.
  • Conduct design reviews and oversee documentation to maintain high standards of design quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Participate in collaborative design discussions and contribute to the organization's innovative practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced industry software such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore for efficient project management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional licensure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with technical execution and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality designs and creating impactful built environments.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and construction administration processes.
