Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a general contractor specializing in K-12, municipal, and retail sectors.
  • Ensure project completion within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Participate in pre-construction planning, bid preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Promote a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with field and office teams to streamline communication and workflow.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CMAR, CSP, and hard bid processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience for senior-level project management roles.
