- Maintain account plans, sales forecasting, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Support customer order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with market insights and organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and lead impactful sales calls to understand and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to enhance customer value.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems for efficient sales tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and update account plans, regularly reviewing them with management for feedback.
- Leverage technical expertise to solve challenges and expand market access.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean driving record.
- Travel extensively to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in truck parts or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty truck parts and fleet/vocational market operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work autonomously or collaboratively.
- Experience in consultative/solution-based B2B sales is preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
