Overview
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a principal with diverse interests, ensuring seamless management of schedules, communications, and priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain real-time itineraries, and prepare meeting materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion, demonstrating exceptional judgment and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Support daily operations from the principal's home office, ensuring professionalism and organization in a private setting.
- Collaborate with household staff, vendors, and building management to coordinate property-related tasks and maintenance.
- Serve as the primary contact for technology needs, coordinating with IT and maintaining organized digital files.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups, implementing effective systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with organization projects, inventories, and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage dynamic schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring proactive communication and accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, maintaining real-time updates.
- Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and agendas, supporting the principal's business and philanthropic activities.
- Handle sensitive personal and professional matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide in-person support from the principal's home office, maintaining organized physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and building management for property-related tasks and maintenance.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups, ensuring effective systems and workflows are in place.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, with strong academic credentials.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or UHNW individuals; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in modern productivity tools and technology systems.
- Experience in finance, consulting, law, tech, government, or family office environments preferred.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in a private, non-corporate environment, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
- Thick-skinned personality with openness to taking direction and adapting to dynamic needs.
