Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.
• Oversee and coordinate internal teams, consultants, designers, and contractors.
• Conduct design reviews and manage construction administration to ensure project excellence.
• Mentor team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining design quality.
• Participate in collaborative design discussions and contribute to innovation and learning.
• Manage quality control and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project documentation aligns with industry standards and client expectations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar industry software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in construction administration and client-facing roles.
