Overview
- Lead the Human Resources function for a large-scale organization, ensuring workforce stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement HR operating models that support business execution and employee engagement across diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and oversee HR governance frameworks, ensuring consistent execution of core processes and compliance standards.
- Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts to maintain a reliable caregiver workforce aligned with organizational demand.
- Implement performance management frameworks supporting goal setting, feedback, and improvement actions.
- Assess and develop HR team capabilities through training, coaching, and structural adjustments.
- Oversee employee relations practices, including investigations and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure workforce planning and risk mitigation.
- Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
- Lead organizational change initiatives impacting HR processes and workforce dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site, high-volume environments.
- Proven expertise in HR fundamentals, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Experience leading HR teams through change while maintaining operational continuity.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage employee relations with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive HR initiatives.
