Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the Human Resources function for a large-scale organization, ensuring workforce stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement HR operating models that support business execution and employee engagement across diverse populations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Drive change leadership initiatives, enhancing HR capabilities and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain documentation standards to mitigate risks.
  • Support leadership in performance management, compensation discussions, and employee relations matters.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • Provide strategic guidance to HR leaders and managers, enhancing organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee HR governance frameworks, ensuring consistent execution of core processes and compliance standards.
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts to maintain a reliable caregiver workforce aligned with organizational demand.
  • Implement performance management frameworks supporting goal setting, feedback, and improvement actions.
  • Assess and develop HR team capabilities through training, coaching, and structural adjustments.
  • Oversee employee relations practices, including investigations and risk management activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure workforce planning and risk mitigation.
  • Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives impacting HR processes and workforce dynamics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site, high-volume environments.
  • Proven expertise in HR fundamentals, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Experience leading HR teams through change while maintaining operational continuity.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage employee relations with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive HR initiatives.
