Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist General Counsel in handling legal matters related to real estate management and operations.
  • Conduct litigation activities, including landlord/tenant disputes and administrative law cases.
  • Draft and review commercial leasing agreements and other transactional documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate operations.
  • Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare written reports, legal documents, and oral presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and real estate law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal research tools.
  • Fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
  • Experience in commercial leasing, landlord/tenant disputes, and transactional law preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn and contribute to the team.
