Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services.
- Develop and evaluate LLMs for enterprise use cases like summarization and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources securely.
- Implement vector search pipelines to enhance data retrieval and contextual grounding.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Follow established SDLC methodologies and best practices for AI solution development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python or C#, RESTful API development, and ML frameworks.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI technologies, including OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
- Experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of responsible AI principles and ethical deployment practices.
- Proven ability to integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources securely.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for project leadership and teamwork.
- Legal industry experience is preferred but not required.
