Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, focusing on holistic and value-based care approaches.
  • Work within a collaborative healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize technology for efficient documentation and care coordination.
  • Lead and manage a care team to deliver high-quality patient services.
  • Engage in community outreach and patient recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Active State Medical License or eligibility to obtain one within the required timeframe.
  • Minimum of one year of experience, with five years preferred.
  • Proficiency in value-based care practices and patient-centered approaches.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide healthcare teams effectively.
  • Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
