Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Active State Medical License or eligibility to obtain one within the required timeframe.
- Minimum of one year of experience, with five years preferred.
- Proficiency in value-based care practices and patient-centered approaches.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide healthcare teams effectively.
- Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
