Overview

  • Lead and oversee quality assurance processes for innovative software solutions in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and mentor QA analysts and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and achieving team goals.
  • Define and refine QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management for web and mobile applications.
  • Coordinate regression, performance, and load testing for cloud and on-premises deployments.
  • Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Expand test automation capabilities with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and client-facing teams to address production issues effectively.
  • Provide visibility into QA performance through detailed dashboards and actionable reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of QA experience, including 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with web application testing and REST API validation.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or Python test frameworks is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem-solving.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade systems and high-availability applications is preferred.
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud and DevOps environments is a plus.
