Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure safety protocols are followed to create a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

• Prepare and review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the warranty division in post-construction client services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of construction management experience; 20 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in supervising large-scale warehouse and facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of design-build principles and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project locations.
• Proficiency in project documentation and quality control processes.
