Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for commercial and corporate buildings.
  • Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural designs and construction documentation.
  • Mentor and manage junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and provide expert architectural advice.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, design, and execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural solutions.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) degree required.
  • Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience, preferably 10 years.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
  • Experience managing projects in commercial and corporate building sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for client and team interactions.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
