Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate registry activities to support healthcare practices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of registry systems and processes.
  • Monitor recruitment systems and schedule orientation calls with practices and vendors.
  • Prepare reports and updates on registry activities and progress for management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth registry operations and data sharing.
  • Support forums, workshops, webinars, and meetings related to registry activities.
  • Enhance communication with registry sites and external consultants.
  • Assist in budget development and implementation as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate site recruitment and advancement from data extraction to full production phases.
  • Provide support and services to practice sites ensuring quality registry operations.
  • Plan and execute tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Registry Director to manage daily registry operations.
  • Support software vendor in registry system development and enhancements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on program activities, progress, and special updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for forums, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Maintain effective communication with registry sites and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or health informatics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience in customer service and handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare practices is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
