Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate attorney talent initiatives, supporting compensation programs and legal personnel processes in a professional services environment.
  • Provide administrative support for attorney departures, bar admissions, and recordkeeping tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development team to manage budgets, expense audits, and attorney reimbursements.
  • Prepare documentation for attorney status changes and track leaves of absence, secondments, and clerkships.
  • Respond to attorney inquiries and requests for data, market research, and analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and personnel matters.
  • Contribute to impactful initiatives within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support annual associate and staff attorney bonus and compensation programs, ensuring accurate implementation and reporting.
  • Assist with budget management, including audits, expense tracking, and charitable contributions.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for attorney status changes and bar admissions.
  • Track attorney leaves, secondments, and clerkships, providing policy-related support.
  • Compile weekly reports for Talent leadership and perform audits for recordkeeping accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external requests for attorney data and market analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with all levels of firm personnel to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience in professional services or law firm environments.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with viDesktop and Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
