Overview

  • Lead and manage a dynamic team focused on user support and application management in a fully remote environment.
  • Strategically oversee digital platforms ensuring usability, compliance, and governance across organizational operations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for digital enablement aligned with business priorities.
  • Promote a culture of proactive service, accountability, and empathy within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of frameworks and tools to streamline workflows and enhance transparency.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve productivity and user support across the organization.
  • Communicate updates, features, and best practices through structured engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Serve as Jira Product Owner and Administrator, ensuring scalable configurations and robust documentation.
  • Oversee governance and adoption of collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Miro, and DocuSign.
  • Design and execute user engagement programs to gather insights and enhance digital ecosystems.
  • Develop and maintain a Digital Enablement Roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and business units to ensure alignment and usability.
  • Drive automation and simplification of routine tasks using advanced technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service delivery or technology enablement roles.
  • Proven expertise in Jira administration, including automation and workflow management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems and collaboration tools.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational maturity.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Miro, or DocuSign administration is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI productivity tools and process automation technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse organizational levels.
