Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of public events, seasonal programming, and community activations.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and on-site channels.
  • Draft promotional content for various platforms, including email marketing, websites, and social media.
  • Collaborate with vendors, performers, and sponsors to ensure seamless event logistics and operations.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts efficiently.
  • Compile post-event recaps and performance reports with key metrics and insights.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and promotional materials inventory for organizational needs.
  • Support tenant marketing initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities to enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing public events, including setup, breakdown, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital platforms.
  • Draft promotional copy and coordinate content creation for marketing purposes.
  • Monitor social media engagement and support community management efforts effectively.
  • Track marketing budgets and maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts.
  • Compile detailed post-event reports and performance metrics for evaluation.
  • Provide operational support for marketing initiatives and maintain promotional materials inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic graphic design tools preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
  • Creative and proactive thinker with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
