Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine project proposals.
• Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs for accurate budgeting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation; 15 years preferred.
