Overview

  • Design and develop advanced plumbing systems for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement plumbing system designs using Revit software and other advanced tools.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into project designs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure design feasibility and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications for plumbing systems, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Review and approve plumbing designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress, address challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior designers and engineers, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Support specialized Science & Technology projects with innovative plumbing solutions tailored to specific needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in plumbing design and engineering is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for plumbing system modeling and documentation is mandatory.
  • Experience with Science & Technology projects is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex design challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
