Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead design efforts across architectural and interior detailing projects, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation.
- Prepare concept sketches, plans, elevations, schedules, and detailed design documents.
- Analyze building codes and guidelines to ensure compliance in project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to align systems and project documentation seamlessly.
- Document and participate in project meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up actions.
- Conduct physical site walkthroughs and documentation during various project phases.
- Manage construction site meetings and prepare punch lists for contract administration.
- Mentor and guide designers and interns, fostering professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program required.
- Architecture license required for Project Architect; not required for Project Designer.
- Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design orientation and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in producing construction documents and understanding interior/exterior detailing.
- Knowledge of building codes and client facility standards.
- Creative problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
