Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in home care.
- NYS RN license and valid driver’s license required; Oasis certification preferred.
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and coach nursing staff effectively.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.
