Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment processes and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain and track HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless communication.
  • Support recruiter/vendor build-out processes and related HR initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer benefits processes, including open enrollment and vendor communications.
  • Support HR data management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and vendors for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports for HR metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mid-level HR expertise with a focus on data management and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
