Overview
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment processes and vendor coordination.

- Support recruiter/vendor build-out processes and related HR initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer benefits processes, including open enrollment and vendor communications.
- Support HR data management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with recruiters and vendors for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports for HR metrics.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and dashboard creation.
- Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mid-level HR expertise with a focus on data management and reporting.
