Job Description

Overview

  • Manage shareholder services for alternative investment products, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary contact for resolving service inquiries and technical issues.
  • Oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade processes for repurchase activities.
  • Support regulatory mailings, including subscription confirmations and tender offerings.
  • Maintain investor materials, forms, and website updates with current fund information.
  • Provide reporting and documentation support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners for operational changes and corporate actions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry trends and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage shareholder regulatory prospectus and annual report mailings.
  • Coordinate updates to fund prospectus, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Oversee Transfer Agent policies and procedures for compliance.
  • Prepare and review board reporting materials and required reports.
  • Support operational changes and corporate action notifications.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide audit requests, billing, tax reporting, and agreement onboarding support.
  • Stay informed of market changes and competitive activity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Transfer Agency applications and SS&C systems preferred.
  • Experience with wirehouses, IBDs, RIAs, and technology platforms like iCapital.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and organization.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse priorities and multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and operational risk mitigation.
