Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects across various locations, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage healthcare, senior living, and multifamily construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M.
  • Coordinate ground-up and renovation projects, focusing on medical facilities and office spaces.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the company's reputation for excellence in construction management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations.
