Overview

  • Lead sales efforts for innovative therapies targeting rare skeletal conditions in a remote role.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals across pediatric endocrinology, orthopedics, and genetics.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Educate healthcare providers on disease states and product labeling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless patient therapy initiation.
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach to expand market penetration.
  • Participate in professional society meetings to enhance disease awareness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in biotech or rare disease sectors.
  • Experience with specialty products and first-in-class therapies preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex referral healthcare models.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric endocrinology and orthopedics.
  • Experience in new product launches and long sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel 40%-60% overnight within a multi-state territory.
  • Advanced virtual communication skills for remote engagement.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
