Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP project management; 8 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing MEP systems in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Experience with design-build, CM, and GC services is advantageous.
