Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on detailed plans and specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and develop accurate estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
