Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on detailed plans and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and develop accurate estimates.
