Overview
- Lead the fund accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency for investment funds and vehicles.
- Collaborate with the CFO to oversee fund operations, audits, and compliance filings.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to align fund accounting with industry best practices.
- Manage fund liquidation processes and launch new investment vehicles effectively.
- Ensure accurate investor allocations, NAV calculations, and compliance with governing documents.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for the fund accounting team.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investment valuations to optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee preparation and review of quarterly and annual fund financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with fund governing documents for fee calculations and IRR assessments.
- Manage year-end audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and liquidity for investment funds.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams.
- Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and governing documents.
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance filings, and audit management.
