Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise fund accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Coordinate with investment teams to support fund operations.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and service providers.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in private equity.
- Proven leadership experience at a director level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Expertise in managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
