Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment or compact state.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a surgical setting.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in surgical services.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and performance improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
