Job Description

Overview

  • Manage daily operations and community engagement for residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, addressing tenant concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Oversee leasing activities, including tenant applications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Monitor property budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and housing standards.
  • Prepare reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction for management review.
  • Implement community programs and initiatives to enhance tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
