Job Description

Overview

  • Manage daily operations and performance of global website properties, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities.
  • Coordinate website updates, including press releases, bios, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver website enhancements and optimizations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead SEO strategy to improve organic discoverability and measurement across digital properties.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, and regulatory standards for all website updates.
  • Provide front-line support for stakeholders managing or contributing to website properties.
  • Participate in agile workflows, including backlog management and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update website content weekly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
  • Offer expertise on website content management and user experience best practices.
  • Coordinate website requests, prioritizing updates and enhancements across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and technology partners to develop website updates and optimizations.
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document discrepancies for resolution.
  • Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and Power BI, delivering performance reports.
  • Maintain SEO strategies and UTM tagging for consistent tracking across initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend ongoing UX and performance optimizations based on feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, preferably Drupal, and web development (HTML).
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong skills in SEO and analytics reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
