Job Description

Overview

  • Assist prospective tenants with leasing inquiries and provide comprehensive information about available housing options.
  • Coordinate leasing processes, including application reviews and lease agreement preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and leasing documentation.
  • Support the client’s housing initiatives by ensuring compliance with leasing policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless leasing operations.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote available housing units.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve tenant issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Process leasing applications and verify applicant information.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for leasing operations, including data entry and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on leasing metrics and performance indicators.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes and housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
