Job Description

Overview

  • Lead strategic proposal development and manage impactful marketing efforts to enhance client acquisition.
  • Produce compelling RFQ/P responses, interview materials, and pursuit collateral to support business objectives.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, manage content libraries, and support reporting to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to gather information for successful pursuits.
  • Mentor marketing team members and support training and engagement initiatives across offices.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team with a culture of celebrating wins and delivering excellence.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology to enhance strategy and storytelling capabilities.
  • Participate in project events to connect with team members and experience the work firsthand.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage strategic proposals and marketing materials to support client acquisition efforts.
  • Ensure CRM systems are accurate and content libraries are well-maintained for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and strengthen pursuit strategies.
  • Mentor and train marketing team members, fostering professional growth and engagement.
  • Utilize advanced software tools for proposal creation and strategic storytelling.
  • Attend project events to gain insights and connect with team members.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on high performance and celebrating achievements.
  • Support leadership in recognizing and appreciating contributions to organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal leadership; general contracting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities and strategic mindset to manage timelines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and processes to enhance productivity.
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting training initiatives.
