Overview

  • Lead and manage construction and development projects within the multifamily housing sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee mixed-use and public-private partnership initiatives across multiple states.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and community representatives.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Preferred 8 years of experience demonstrating expertise in multifamily housing and mixed-use developments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
