Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Contract HR Coordinator supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for a dynamic organization.
  • Coordinate with remote senior recruiters to manage high-volume hiring needs effectively.
  • Engage in scheduling interviews, chasing candidates, and reviewing resumes to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Work onsite four days a week with remote work on Fridays.
  • Handle recruitment for finance, technology, and IT-related roles within the organization.
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities to manage various HR tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with teams to fill over 100 positions within the next year.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  • Review resumes and assist in candidate selection for finance and IT-related roles.
  • Collaborate with remote senior recruiters to meet hiring objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a banking or finance environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of finance and IT-related roles is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
