POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter – 180 Split Desk to join our dynamic healthcare recruiting division specializing in connecting top healthcare professionals with leading organizations in Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in roles aligned with their expertise and career aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Analyze healthcare resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications for targeted recruitment efforts.
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract active and passive candidates through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational hiring goals.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends to ensure effective recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, fostering satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or healthcare experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in healthcare industry knowledge and ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating adaptability and drive.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data and optimize hiring processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team setting.
