Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings for the client relations team.
- Maintain calendars for honors and award submissions, organizing participation and tracking results.
- Update and manage client information in CRM systems, supporting marketing and relationship tracking.
- Assist in tracking current and ongoing client engagements and attorney speaking opportunities.
- Support firm events, client dinners, and social media competitive analysis projects.
- Collaborate on research projects for practice groups and assist with database organization.
- Provide administrative support for detailed and complex projects as needed.
- Ensure efficient coordination and communication within the client relations team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum of one year of professional services or law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems and Adobe Professional is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
