Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the client relations team in a dynamic, professional services environment.
  • Serve as a key liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM systems, supporting marketing and relationship tracking efforts.
  • Assist in organizing firm events, client dinners, and tracking attorney speaking engagements.
  • Support the team with research projects, competitive analysis, and database management.
  • Collaborate on honors and award submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and results are tracked.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while fostering a positive and professional work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings for the client relations team.
  • Maintain calendars for honors and award submissions, organizing participation and tracking results.
  • Update and manage client information in CRM systems, supporting marketing and relationship tracking.
  • Assist in tracking current and ongoing client engagements and attorney speaking opportunities.
  • Support firm events, client dinners, and social media competitive analysis projects.
  • Collaborate on research projects for practice groups and assist with database organization.
  • Provide administrative support for detailed and complex projects as needed.
  • Ensure efficient coordination and communication within the client relations team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of one year of professional services or law firm experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Adobe Professional is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
