Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control processes.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Monitor and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Preferred 15 years of experience in construction project leadership.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
