Job Description

Overview

  • Manage treasury functions, including cash balance maintenance and forward-looking cash analysis.
  • Communicate daily with agent banks, prime brokers, and custodians to resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile agent bank notices against internal records and update accounting systems.
  • Provide trade and deal closing support to the investment team.
  • Book trades into accounting and portfolio management systems.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to resolve trade differences.
  • Maintain accounting systems with daily FX and index rates updates.
  • Prepare borrowing base certificates and compliance deliverables for credit facilities.
  • Assist in reviewing annual U.S. GAAP financial statements and audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-6 years of fund accounting, middle office, audit, or fund administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of private and public credit instruments.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems like Wall Street Office and fund administrator systems.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and Excel skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in deadline-driven environments.
  • Proactive and self-motivated to resolve time-sensitive issues.
  • Ability to work confidently within an integrated team in dynamic settings.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP financial statements and audit processes.
