Overview

  • Provide accurate and timely billing services for a dynamic organization, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Utilize specialized software to process invoices and manage account records effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies in all billing activities.
  • Support the finance department by preparing detailed reports and summaries of billing operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile billing records with financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate billing.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
