Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health systems.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Monitor clinical operations and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Provide leadership and supervision to support staff in clinical settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Address patient concerns and ensure a positive healthcare experience.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license mandatory.
• Minimum two years of experience in ambulatory settings like clinics or emergency rooms.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems; eClinicalWorks experience advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and pediatric or women’s health experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in clinical environments.
